What we do
For over 30 years our mission has remain unchanged: to offer local children and young people in the London Borough of Lambeth and neighbouring areas a safe place to play, explore, learn and make friends. Our three open-access sites are staffed by committed play and youth workers that offer term time and holiday activities that are inclusive, innovative and unique within the area.
We seek to improve the quality of the lives of the children and young people that participate in our services by promoting their physical, social and emotional well-being through access to local play provision.
Who owns Oasis?
We are a charity run by a management committee of local volunteers as well as having company status limited by guarantee. All our services are shaped by the needs and interests of the children and young people that use our services who we consider as our principle stakeholders.
Through a rolling programme of fund-raising we are working towards financial sustainability. This will allow us to continue to make a positive difference in the lives of our young service users and community as a whole.
